BIO - NICK BAXTER

With over two decades of experience in the construction industry, Nick has had the opportunity to work with some of Australia’s leading property and construction firms on some of Australia’s largest and most complex projects.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Building and Construction Management (BBCM) from the University of New South Wales and a Master of Law (Construction) from the University of Melbourne, he is also a licenced builder.

Nick is recognised as an industry leader, possessing strong commercial & construction acumen alongside significant project and business management expertise.

Nick has extensive experience in all aspects of the construction lifecycle including conversion, contract negotiation, construction claims & disputes, claims management, construction management, post-construction and post DLP.

He provides expert commercial advice and support to a wide range of stakeholders, including construction firms across all tiers, subcontractors, law firms, insurance providers, developers, project management firms, and insolvency practitioners.
